Marek Przyborski received the PhD degree in remote sensing applied to signal processing. In the years 2016-2019 he held the position of Vice-Dean for Cooperation with Industry and Development of the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology.
Currently he is a Dean of the Faculty of Navigation and Naval Weapons at the Polish Naval Academy in Gdynia. He has been involved in interdisciplinary applications of remote sensing for many years. His other fields of scientific interest are image processing and signal processing.
Currently, he pursues his passion for the sea, acquired during many years of his service in the Navy, through sailing, he occupies himself with in his free time when he is not working in remote sensing.
