The Q-Con Quantum Ecosystem Programme is a coordinated international initiative bringing together research, industry, startups, investors, policymakers, and public institutions around the practical deployment of quantum and deep technologies.
At the centre of the programme is Q-Con Quantum Conference – the leading businessfocused quantum conference in Central and Eastern Europe; supported by a series of interconnected events focused on talent development, international collaboration, startup growth, public engagement, and applied innovation.
Together, these events accelerate knowledge transfer, strengthen technological sovereignty, and position Europe as an active contributor to the global quantum and technological landscape.
The programme is built around a shared objective: accelerating Europe’s readiness for the quantum era through collaboration, capability-building, and deployment-focused innovation.

Q-Con Quantum Conference

The largest business-focused conference dedicated to quantum technologies in Central and Eastern Europe.

Q-Camp Quantum Summer School
31 August – 10 September 2026
Established in 2022, Q-Camp is the longest-running quantum summer school in Poland and a selective, high-level programme for students ranging from Undergraduate to PhD level.
The programme combines rigorous academic foundations with exposure to real-world applications across quantum cybersecurity, quantum information science, and emerging deep tech markets.
Q-Camp plays a strategic role in talent development by helping build the next generation of researchers, engineers, and innovators required for a resilient and competitive quantum ecosystem.
Evening Expert Sessions (open lectures)
Held during Q-Camp
A series of open expert lectures exploring cybersecurity, post-quantum migration, and the long-term implications of quantum capabilities for encryption, digital infrastructure and national resilience.
These sessions are designed to support awareness, preparedness, andcross-sector dialogue around the societal and industrial impact of emerging quantum technologies.

aMFIteatr nauki (Amphitheatre of Science)

A STEM outreach initiative focused on strengthening the long-term pipeline of scientific and engineering talent.
Through lectures, demonstrations, and interactive workshops (delivered mainly in Polish), the programme supports early engagement with science, technology, and innovation careers while promoting broader public understanding of emerging technologies.
Swiss-Polish Quantum Day
10 September 2026 (afternoon)
A high-level bilateral forum designed to strengthen cooperation between the Polish and Swiss quantum ecosystems.
The event (organised in close collaboration with the Swiss Embassy) brings together representatives from academia, industry, research institutions, and government to foster international collaboration, support innovation exchange, and explore opportunities for scaling quantum capabilities across Europe.
Swiss-Polish Quantum Day reflects the growing importance of trusted cross-border partnerships in building competitive, sovereign, and resilient deep tech infrastructure.
This is a curated, invitation-only event for a selected group of participants.
Q-Con Startup Meetup: Quantum & Space
10 September 2026 (evening)
A focused gathering of founders, investors, researchers, and ecosystem builders operating across quantum and space technologies.
The meetup supports venture creation, commercialisation pathways, investment readiness, and collaboration between startups and institutional stakeholders.
Designed to strengthen the region’s emerging deep tech-ecosystem, the event helps bridge the gap between research-driven innovation and market deployment in strategically important technology domains.

Baltic Dual-use Hackathon
11–13 September 2026
A 48-hour, mission-driven hackathon focused on applied innovation across Quantum, Space Tech, AI, and Robotics.
The event explores dual-use applications relevant to security, defence, critical infrastructure, and technological sovereignty, bringing together engineers, researchers, startups, students and institutional partners to solve real-world challenges.
By encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration and rapid prototyping, the hackathon accelerates practical problem-solving and supports the development of deployable technologies with strategic relevance.
Quantum AI Breakfast

Quantum AI Breakfast is a local morning meetup organised as part of the broader AI Breakfast initiative in Poland. Created together with the organisers of AI Breakfast, this session will bring together people from the AI and quantum communities in an open, friendly atmosphere.
Designed as an accessible space for exchange between technology leaders, innovators, researchers, startups, and ecosystem builders, the breakfast will offer a forward-looking discussion on how organisations can prepare for the quantum transition and its impact on future digital capability.
