I actively promote the Live more. Pomerania initiative and build bridges between academia and business. I support investors in identifying potential partners among universities, student research groups, and academic staff. I am the originator of Wentyl_EDU – a platform for exchanging experiences and perspectives between businesses, universities, and students.
In my role, I also assist universities in establishing collaborations with industry partners, firmly believing that dialogue and synergy across different sectors are key to creating innovative solutions.
I am passionate about development, education, and the inevitable changes that must be embraced to prepare people for future challenges. I live by the principle: “Seize every opportunity, as it may never come again,” which empowers me to grow boldly and dynamically across various fields.
My professional experience has been shaped in international environments, where I honed my skills in project management and process organisation. I am results-oriented, focused on effective problem-solving and agile responses to change.
