Magdalena Ostasz is a legal counsel with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of law, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. She serves as Coordinator of the Legal Counsel Team at AGH University of Kraków and lectures at the Faculty of Computer Science and the Faculty of Space Technologies.
Her work focuses on the legal dimensions of cybersecurity, including regulatory compliance, national cybersecurity frameworks, and security governance in strategic sectors. She brings particular expertise in the legal challenges of the space domain, where cybersecurity, sovereignty, and critical infrastructure intersect.
Magdalena regularly delivers lectures on open-source intelligence (OSINT), the national cybersecurity system, and cybersecurity in the space sector, translating complex regulatory and security issues into practical guidance for institutions and technology leaders.
