Paulina Assmann holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Concepción and the University of Leicester. She is the co-founder and CEO of SeQure Quantum, the first quantum technology company in Latin America, where she drives the conversion of quantum science into market-ready cybersecurity solutions.
Her work focuses on business development, technology transfer, and strategic growth at the convergence of science and industry. With over eight years of experience in academia, the public sector, and the private sector, she has led high-impact innovation initiatives at the national and international levels.
She was recognized by UNESCO as one of the 100 global leaders in quantum technologies.
