Michał is Co-founder and CTO of ResQuant, where he leads the development of next-generation Post-Quantum Cryptography solutions. A PhD in Engineering, he began his career at Poland’s National Cryptology Centre, specialising in cybersecurity for government applications.
Anticipating the need for quantum-safe security before the publication of the NIST standards, he co-founded ResQuant in 2020. His work spans cryptographic solutions for IoT, projects with the European Space Agency (ESA), and dual-use cybersecurity technologies developed in cooperation with NATO.
