Marcin Młyński – Co-founder & CEO at CODE:ME, one of Poland’s largest programming schools, focused on practical digital skills training and preparing participants for work in the IT industry. For years, he has been developing educational and community initiatives at the intersection of technology, business, and innovation.
He is also the founder of Hackerspace Trójmiasto – the largest technology community in northern Poland – bringing together specialists, enthusiasts, and organizations building a local innovation ecosystem. As part of Hackerspace, he supports the creation of spaces for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the implementation of technology projects.
Graduate of PFR School of Pioneers program, implemented in cooperation with the University of Cambridge – an international initiative dedicated to entrepreneurs and innovation leaders in the field of new technologies, focused on the development of products and ventures with global potential.
He has extensive experience in designing, coordinating, and scaling industry events on a national and international scale. Co-founder and organizer of BeSecure, one of the largest conferences dedicated to cybersecurity in the Baltic Sea region. He has also organized numerous hackathons and expert programs in areas such as quantum, defense, space, gamedev, and eco/green tech, connecting technology communities with business, administration, and the research and development sector.
Regularly involved as a mentor and juror in acceleration programs and hackathons, supporting teams in validating ideas, building business models, developing products, and preparing for cooperation with partners. He is also a speaker at numerous business and technology events, MBA lecturer where he shares his experience in the areas of education, community building, cybersecurity, and innovation ecosystem development.
