Bertrand Potier is a French technology executive, European at heart, and co-founder of INCEPTI, where he helps technology businesses scale teams, products, delivery capabilities and operating models.
After relocating first to Brussels and then Warsaw, he built a cross-sector career spanning telecommunications, utilities, consulting and fintech. His international perspective combines working with enterprise clients across EMEA and the United States with building or integrating onshore, nearshore and offshore teams across Europe, the United States and India.
At one of the world’s largest fintech companies, he led a 120-person, $25M European service- delivery organisation and helped establish a Warsaw presence that grew from zero to 130 people. Over the past five years, he has focused on industrialising enterprise-software delivery across product lines, co-designing cross-functional operating models and helping leadership teams adopt modern ways of working.
