Academic teacher with over 20 years of experience, Vice-Rector for Education, Vice-Dean for Education at the Faculty of Oceanography and Geography of the University of Gdańsk (2012-2023), Director of Center for the Development of Teaching and Tutoring (2021-2024), expert in the field of higher education. She has experience in implementation of solutions improving the quality of education; she is author, co-author and implementer of several didactic projects aimed at students and academic teachers; she conducts scientific research in the field of marine geology and modern sedimentary processes. She completed post-graduate studies Women’s Leadership Academy LIDER SHE at Kozminski University and Masters of Didactics – advance programme Educational Leadership (University of Groningen, MEiN), Academic Leadership Development Programme (Two Wings Institute).
