and advising both international corporations and startups. His expertise spans shaping
and executing IT strategies, driving digital transformation, leading R&D projects, and
managing M&A activities for top-tier banks.
Tomek holds an Executive MBA with honors from the French Institute of Management
and an MSc in Software Engineering from Wroclaw University of Technology. He further
honed his expertise in entrepreneurship and innovation through a program at Stanford
University, where he gained valuable insights from Silicon Valley experts.
In the financial sector, Tomek has been instrumental in delivering groundbreaking
innovations as eg. BLIK. He has successfully bridged the gap between academia and
business, establishing and leading R&D units in Central and Eastern Europe that
pioneered the application of quantum computing in finance. His contributions have
