Tomasz Kowalczyk – Partner and Co-Founder of the innovation advisory boutique Rebels Valley, where he has led some of the largest startup and open innovation projects in Poland. He has co-created and managed leading corporate programs in Central and Eastern Europe, bridging business with cutting-edge technology. Previously, he held executive roles in VC and CVC funds and worked for top international consulting firms.
Since 2024, he has been building the PZPN Innovation Hub, the first program in Poland connecting sports with advanced technologies. By 2025, the initiative was recognized by SportsTechX as one of the world’s leading sports innovation hubs.
